Schneider Electric – Offices Remodel 2023 & 2024
Our company provided interior design services and successfully executed the renovation and remodeling of industrial Plants 1 through 4. From concept to completion, we ensured the project met the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Eaton – New Restroom & Offices Renovation 2024
We successfully completed the construction and installation of 80 restrooms as part of a comprehensive renovation project at the former Helen of Troy plant, now repurposed for a new manufacturing company. Our scope of work encompassed all aspects of restroom construction, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering high-quality results within the project timeline.
Flagstone Foods- Zane Grey (2021)
Locker area and Cafeteria to include restrooms. Complete start to finish Building addition project to existing Food Grade Manufacturing Industrial Plant. New restrooms were constructed with a modern look including new stainless steel stalls.
Smart Start Pediatrics (2022)
Complete Tenant Improvement performed for a Pediatric Primary Care Office. Worked with client to collectively develop the best layout to allow cohesiveness of Pediatric Office through Architectural design. Construction consisted of converting a simple “Gray Shell” building to a fully functional Pediatric Clinic.
Schneider Electric (2019)
Tenant Improvement/breakroom area project to existing Electrical Industrial Plant. Due to the tremendous growth of such Plant, we were hired to build a new cafeteria and restroom area for all new personnel.
Civic Center Temporary Covid-19 Facility (2020)
Set up of all Plumbing work to provide oxygen for 100 plus Hospital beds. We were honored to serve our Community in such unprecedented times and worked with our hearts to deliver high quality service with prompt response.
