Complete Tenant Improvement performed for a Pediatric Primary Care Office. Worked with client to collectively develop the best layout to allow cohesiveness of Pediatric Office through Architectural design. Construction consisted of converting a simple “Gray Shell” building to a fully functional Pediatric Clinic.
